優化工藝參數,精準掌控料位
為了增大鼓風動能,提高爐缸中心穿透力,避免中心死料柱堆積給扒爐帶來不便,充分利用預休風時機,堵住5個風口送風,實際進風麵積減小了0.528㎡;並通過運用雷達探尺和煤氣監測數據,及時掌控了料位,有效保證了降料麵工作有序進行。
